Bethany Thompson, Founder, Running Coach
Hey friends! My name is Bethany Thompson. I am a certified running coach, lover of Jesus, my family, and running. Growing up, I hated running, but ever since that first treadmill run in my junior year of high school I never looked back.
Since becoming am avid runner, I started to see others’ needs for running and I quickly started helping others train, answer questions, and randomly share my passion for whoever would lend a listening ear.
I started my own blog, dedicated to running and my life in 2014 as a way to connect with other runners. Since then, my passion for the sport has continue to grow. I’ve run numerous 5ks, half marathons, and a full marathon one year since my son was born. A little while later, I got pregnant with my second and ran two half marathons during her pregnancy. That is one of my favorite running memories!
Running is much more than a sport to me. It’s a lifestyle and a way I get to glorify the Lord. I am so grateful to continue to chase down big goals, while helping others do the same.

Brittani Marsteller, Running Coach
Hi y’all! My name is Brittani. I’m a certified running coach, mom, wife and Chicagoland transplant. I wasn’t born a runner. I never ran track or cross country. When I did run it was painful- filled with heavy breathing and side stitches. I didn't discover running (or give it real consideration) until my junior year of college, after my roommate asked me to train with her to run a half marathon. During those 3-4 months of consistent training I fell in love with running and after crossing the finish line I was hooked. Over a decade later and I’m even more in love with running and what this sport can offer those who truly give it a chance. My passion for running stems from the positive change and growth I’ve seen in myself- physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Belief is powerful. Sometimes all you need is someone by your side reminding you that, hey you can do this. To me, a running coach is your biggest cheerleader, a friend, listener, confidant, supporter, believer and dream fosterer and encourager. Running is more than getting in shape or staying healthy. It’s about goal setting, hard work, stretching yourself, pushing yourself to the limit and paving the way for others. When someone believes in you and says you can do it, great things will follow. I love helping women discover running. It’s not the exercise itself. Its what the exercise can unveil and help you discover about yourself. Watching someone achieve something they never thought possible is more fulfilling than words can express.
