I am Lori Houston, and I never thought I could place in any race; however, since having Bethany as my coach, I not only have increased my distance and speed, but even placed 2nd in my age division at a recent race! I had open heart surgery in August of 2018. I am a runner so I recovered quickly. However, I wasn’t sure how to get back into running. I found Bethany who helped me see I could run again! She gave me the training plans that enabled me to ease back into running while while pushing myself at the same time. And it worked!! Thanks Bethany!

THANK YOU to you!!! Hottest run to date at 88 degrees. Strong headwind (we are literally expecting winds upwards of 55 mph by Thursday and it is ramping up today. I felt so good and was able to maintain my pace. Nutrition and training on point from you!! LOVE the entire plan you created for me. My body feels better thanks to good eating and I am running faster even in the heat and high wind!! You ROCK!
